After a beautiful ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated with friends and family at a STUNNING reception hall. If the beautiful spring day and gorgeous scenery of the hall wasn't enough...the adorable personal touches that Maureen and Frank added to the reception certainly completed the entire affair! Frank and Maureen put their talents to work and planned an entire carnival themed wedding reception full of DIY projects.
